Spaghetti Napolitan (ナポリタン) is a Japanese comfort classic, made with sausage, bell peppers, and onions in a ketchup-based sauce. This version uses Brami protein pasta for a modern twist — higher protein, lower carbs, but still full of nostalgic flavor.

Ingredients
180 g Brami protein pasta (about 90 g per serving)
2 sausages, sliced on the bias
½ onion, thinly sliced
½ green bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp tomato paste (optional, for depth)
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta – Boil Brami pasta until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water.
Cook sausage & vegetables – Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add sliced sausage, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté until lightly browned and tender.
Make the sauce – Stir in ketchup and tomato paste. Add a splash of pasta water to help it coat evenly.
Combine – Toss the drained pasta into the sauce. Finish with butter, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve – Plate high for visual impact and finish with a crack of fresh black pepper.
